Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply to AI Content Clarity Notes, a monthly written membership provided by Helen Boss.

By joining AI Content Clarity Notes, you agree to these terms.

1. About The Membership

AI Content Clarity Notes is a monthly written membership for business owners and professionals using AI for content.

Members receive one practical AI Content Clarity Note each month by email.

The membership does not include individual advice, personal content reviews, consultancy, coaching or guaranteed access to Helen outside the material specifically included in the membership.

2. Membership Price

The price of AI Content Clarity Notes is the amount shown at the time you subscribe.

Membership is billed monthly. Your subscription will continue at the price agreed when you joined unless you are notified of a future change in accordance with these terms.

From time to time, introductory, promotional or founding member prices may be offered. Any special conditions attached to those prices will be made clear when you subscribe.

3. Founding Member Price

Members who join during the founding member offer in September 2026 will pay £29 per month.

This price will remain £29 per month for as long as that membership remains continuously active.

If a founding member cancels and later decides to rejoin, the £29 founding price will no longer apply. They will rejoin at the membership price available at that time.

4. Payments And Renewal

Membership is billed monthly through Stripe.

Your subscription will renew automatically each month using the payment method provided when you join.

By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to collect the recurring membership payment until you cancel.

There is no minimum membership period.

5. Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation stops your next recurring payment. Your membership will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No further payments will be taken after cancellation unless you choose to rejoin.

6. Cancellation And Refund Rights

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that apply to you.

Any cancellation or refund rights provided by law will be honoured. The rights that apply can depend on the circumstances of the purchase and whether you are buying as a consumer or for business purposes.

7. Delivery Of Your Notes

AI Content Clarity Notes is a digital membership delivered by email.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and for keeping it up to date.

Please check your spam or junk folder if an expected email does not arrive. If you still cannot find it, contact hello@aicontentclaritynotes.com.

Occasional technical problems may affect email delivery. If this happens, reasonable steps will be taken to make sure you receive the material included in your membership.

8. Using The Material

The Notes and other membership material are provided for your own use within your business.

You may use what you learn in your own work, but you may not reproduce, resell, republish or distribute the Notes themselves without permission.

Copyright in the membership material remains with Helen Boss unless otherwise stated.

9. Information, Not Individual Advice

AI Content Clarity Notes provides general information, ideas and editorial guidance.

The material is not tailored legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions about your own business, content and what you choose to publish.

10. Changes To The Membership

AI Content Clarity Notes may develop over time, but its core purpose will remain a monthly written membership focused on better judgment around AI-assisted content.

If a significant change is made to what your paid membership includes, you will be told in advance where reasonably possible.

If the price of your membership is going to change, you will also be told before the new price takes effect.

Any special pricing arrangement already agreed with you will continue according to the conditions attached to that offer, unless you are told otherwise and applicable law permits the change.

11. Ending The Membership

AI Content Clarity Notes may be discontinued in the future.

If that happens, members will be given reasonable notice and no further recurring payments will be taken after the membership ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
